How long does the recruitment process take?

Our purpose is to ensure that we have the right people in the right jobs at the right moment. We will therefore do everything possible to speed up the process while ensuring all the steps are done in an adequate and timely manner. Although our recruiters apply the same process, the duration of a recruitment may vary depending on the role you apply for and local context. Our recruiters will keep you updated during the process and follow up without any undue delay.

Where can I check my application status?

You can check your application status by logging in your account on our career website, here.

I did not find any suitable position; how can I send a spontaneous application?

You can add your personal information in the Join our Talent Pool section, and let us know your interest in any career opportunities.

Can I apply for multiple position at the same time?

Indeed, you can apply to every position matching your profile and your interests. Do not miss any opportunity and check all our openings!

Can I apply in different countries other than my own?

SICPA is an international company that offers many opportunities across the world. Any applicant is welcome and encouraged to apply to any of the positions desired. 

However, please note that in some countries a work permit or working visa might be needed. Also, in some countries, authorities have limited the number of work permits/visas granted to foreigners.

Who has access to my information once I have created an account?

When applying for a specific position or when creating your profile, you will be asked what kind of visibility you want to attribute to your profile.

  1. You can lock your profile to the position you are applying for. Therefore, only recruiters managing jobs that you apply for will be able to see your profile.
  2. You can lock your profile to only the recruiters in your country/region of residence.
  3. Or you can open your profile to any company recruiter around the world.

In case of negative outcome, do you provide feedback to each candidate?

If your application is not successful, you will receive a feedback from our recruitment team. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us through “Get in touch” on our website.

Is SICPA keeping my application for future opportunities?

Your candidacy will stay in our database for two years, unless you decide otherwise.

Nevertheless, you can, at any point, decide to delete your file by yourself. You can do that by logging into account, see detailed process below.

Can I remove my documents by myself?

Yes, you can, at any time, remove your candidacy and documents of our platform. For this, you must follow three steps:

  1. Log in your account
  2. Click on Options > Settings
  3. Click on Delete my Profile

What is the hiring philosophy of SICPA?

SICPA is an equal employment opportunity company and as such does not tolerate discrimination or bias made to a candidate’s origin, nationality, religion, race, gender, physical or mental ability, sexual orientation or age. Your application will be treated with highest discretion and will be automatically destroyed after two years in our database.

Is there any induction programme at SICPA?

The SICPA integration programme trains over 300 employees every year globally. Whether in a physical or a digital format comprising different modules from business to culture and values, security, communication etc. , our induction programme is designed to welcome new comers in the best way possible and make them feel quickly part of the team. 

Prior to joining the company, each new comer is personally invited to the 1st welcome day within SICPA. This first day is mandatory and ensures that key messages about the company, it's principles and business are introduced from the very start.

The programme is then complimented by a personalized group programme which is defined on position, site and job function.
