To strengthen our dynamic teams and drive the success of our projects, we are currently looking for a:

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ENGINEER

ROLE:

•Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau.

•Translate complex data sets into intuitive and actionable insights for business users.

•Optimize Tableau workbooks and data sources for performance and scalability.

•Implement best practices for data visualization, dashboard design, and user experience.

•Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and business strategy.

•Lead the design and maintenance of data-warehouse and BI applications, customize at regional levels, deploy in customer environments.

•Prepare regular activity reports and mentor/train other technical staff.

•Stay up-to-date with Tableau updates and enhancements, recommend new features and functionalities to enhance BI capabilities.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Product Owner to refine requirements, design solution and establish projects roadmap.

•Apply agile methodologies throughout the development process to deliver high-quality applications within established timelines.

PROFILE:

•Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•Experience in developing and implementing Information Systems

•Proven track record in BI development and reporting solutions.

•Technical knowledge in databases with strong SQL skills (Oracle) and data visualization using Tableau as reporting tool

•Knowledge and experience in data engineering, ETL and ELT processes, data pipeline development and data-warehousing (columnar database)

•Experience in the following technologies/areas is a plus: Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Parquet, Hadoop

•Ability to work effectively in an agile collaborative team among a multi-cultural organization.

•Reliable, Proactive, autonomous with a result-oriented mindset.

•Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
