To strengthen our dynamic teams and drive the success of our projects, we are currently looking for a talented

PRODUCT OWNER

ROLE:

•Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business goals and operational feedback.

•Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business analysists, and development teams, to gather requirements and define product vision and strategy.

•Work closely with developers and quality engineers to translate requirements into user stories, features, and product increments.

•Drive product development and project delivery in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

•Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to development team and stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.

•Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of priority and business value.

•Make sure quality standards are met and follow our internal standards.

•Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.

•Work with other product owners to identify features gaps and overlaps to ensure high reusability of components across products and projects.

•Own and maintain internal product/project documentation.

PROFILE:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile product development.

•Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

•Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

•Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

•Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.

•Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design processes is a plus.

•Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Product Owner) is a plus.

•Reliable, proactive, autonomous with a strong sense of accountability.

•Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
