Long Description

ROLE:

Safety & compliance

•Champion a zero-injury culture; conduct daily safety huddles, near-miss reporting, 5S.
•Ensure compliance with site standards and regulations of all operators.

 

People leadership

•Lead, coach, and schedule team members activities across 2 shifts.
•Coordinate with 2 Shift Leaders to organize the Production activities.
•Onboard, cross-train, and certify operators to standard work with support of experienced operators.
•Manage attendance, review performance of operators on a regular basis.
•Plan and Manage temporary resources to adjust the production capacity to targeted volumes.

 

Planning & Production execution

•Translate the monthly production plan into hourly/shift targets and resource allocation on a daily and weekly basis.
•Ensure production throughput according to targets.
•Ensure in-process quality; minimise waste, perform standard deviation analysis.
•Ensure systems are up-to-date with production orders declaration, including SAP postings and material balance.
•Use data (OEE, waste and downtime Pareto) to prioritize improvements initiatives.

 

Administration & reporting

•Complete shift reports, handovers, and incident documentation for Level 1 Support.
•Ensure inventory accuracy within Production area (cycle counts, SAP movements).
•Control consumables availability and consumption.

 

PROFILE:

•Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in production management roles.
•Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing field.
•Strong knowledge in production planning and organization.
•Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Dashboarding tools (Power BI is a plus).
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication skills, English is mandatory.
•Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Certification is a plus.
