Industrial Performance Specialist

To strengthen our Industrial Performance team, we are looking for an:

Industrial Performance Specialist

ROLE

• Identify and coordinate the implementation of improvements measures to optimise our value chain at all levels
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects aligned with our continuous improvement efforts
• Coach teams on methodology principles and tools, like DMAIC methodology and Lean Management principles
• Develop and execute training documentation and courses
• Develop data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field 
• Proven experience in the implementation of continuous improvement projects in areas like production, laboratories, supply, engineering, quality management
• Excellent organisation, planning, and analytical skills 
• Team player and ability to listen, coach and convince
• Advanced Excel, PowerBI and Minitab. SQL is a plus
• Good knowledge and experience in Value Stream map design
• Knowledge in SAP and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills in French and English
