Role :

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of operational excellence within our organization. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be crucial in optimizing processes, increasing efficiency, and delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members at all levels on Lean Six Sigma tools, techniques, and principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies.

Profile :

• ES technician or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (a belt certification would be an asset)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, PowerBI, Advanced Excel) to extract insights.
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and coaching team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in French and English
• SAP knowledge would be an asset
