To strengthen our Manufacturing Operations (MO) department, we are looking for a:








  • Assist in driving the MO PMO function with project management, portfolio management, governance, project change management and deployment of project methodologies and tools within MO; 
  • Drive project and portfolio reporting and administration of project and portfolio data in our systems;  
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects, particularly in the area of communication for MO and deployment of collaboration tools (MS SharePoint); 
  • Collaborate closely with our Corporate Communications and Marketing departments on communication projects related to MO; 
  • Maintain and drive evolutions of Manufacturing Operations' Portal on the company's intranet; 
  • Act as the Communication "Single Point of Contact" for our Corporate Communications department: edition of communication content according to Corporate procedures, ensuring Corporate Identity Guidelines are applied within MO, etc.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related fields; 
  • PMP Certification or other project management certification (asset);
  • Strong organization and coordination skills; 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact and adapt messages for staff at all levels of the organization;
  • Knowledge of standard project management practices, and experience with methodologies such as Waterfall, DMAIC, AGILE/SCRUM, etc.; 
  • Advanced user of the MO Office 365 suite; knowledge of MS SharePoint;
  • Experience with Project planning tools such as ServiceNOW - Project Portfolio Management module, MS Project or equivalent; 
  • Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system would be a plus; 
  • Experience in Project Portfolio management and governance; 
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized projects and working across functions;  
  • Experience with collaboration techniques and workshop facilitation;
  • Previous experience in creative design work and collaboration with Marketing or Communications departments is considered an asset; 
  • Fluency in both English and French.
