JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DRIVER - GENERAL ADMINISTRATION – MAIN OFFICE
Role: This driver is primarily responsible for the safe and timely transportation or movement of staff, equipment, goods and supplies relating to the functions of general administration at the main SICPA SL office.
Responsibilities: Transport staff, supplies and other materials as required for the day-to-day operations of the various departments at the main office.
Pick up and deliver office supplies and equipment.
Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely trips.
Conduct regular vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
Maintain accurate trip and mileage records.
Comply with traffic laws and safety protocols.
Assist staff when needed and handle emergencies calmly.
Maintain clear communication with the office on trip logistics.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Demonstrative capability for basic reading and writing (in English).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous driving experience (corporate/personal) essential: 3 years minimum.
Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic.
Professional, punctual, responsible, and physically fit.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
