Finance & SAP BKU specialist

Within the Finance Department, you will play a key role in financial accounting, reporting and SAP FI/CO support. You will work in an international environment, ensuring compliance with local and Group accounting standards while supporting finance-related SAP processes and projects.

ROLE:

• Ensure compliance with local (Spanish GAAP) and Group accounting policies, in close collaboration with Headquarters.
• Prepare, analyze and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Participate in month-end closing, tax calculations, cash flow monitoring and personnel cost accounting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support the preparation of Annual Financial Statements and Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Provide end-user support on SAP FI/CO, validating financial postings in line with Group standards.
• Contribute to SAP projects, system enhancements and upgrades (including S/4HANA), working with GIS teams and external consultants.
• Maintain SAP FI master data and support testing and system improvements.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Solid experience in financial accounting and reporting within an international corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO.
• Knowledge of Spanish GAAP and exposure to Group accounting policies.
• Experience in tax compliance and audit coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and countries.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
