To strenghten our team in Madrid we are looking for an:








We are currently looking for an HR Specialist in Madrid to join our HR Shared Services organization. This unit is providing services to worldwide locations of SICPA with the objective of globalizing its HR services.This position aims at providing high quality support of HR operations activities. 





  • Lead and process the monthly closing regarding time management and its impact on payrol
  •  Provide support to employees, HR team and management to handle a variety of HR-related transactions and ensure all incoming requests are appropriately resolved
  •  Act as a lead on various projects to improve our time management system & manage third party provider ensuring they deliver a quality servic
  • Provide various HR analysis and reports for different departments such as KPIs, organizational charts, active population of different entities, etc.
  • Extract high volume data from the time management system and prepare statistics, and other information assigned, as well as providing employees with reports
  • Apply and promote HR internal policies and regulations across stakeholders (employees, managers, HR team
  • Suggest improvements related to existing working practices, methods and procedure
  • Ensure best practices and decisions taken within HR are written in a document for future reference
  • Process and manage HR administration tasks .
  • Increase digitalization within existing processes and in the creation of new ones
  • Remain up-to-date with time management and labor laws knowledge and share information with relevant parties




  • Bachelor degree in a related field is desirable
  • 6 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory
  • Fluent in English, good level of French and Spanish are mandatory
  • Experience in leading a team would be an asset
  • Customer focus, identify priorities, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a remote and matrix environment, respect of deadline and detail-oriented are key competencies
  • Strong analytical skills and methodical approach: at ease with calculations, formula, excel functionalities, compiling data from various sources, etc.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in SAP HR and Microsoft office. PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
