IT Collaborative Solutions Business Analyst

To strengthen our Enterprise Solution Delivery department, we are looking for an: 

IT Collaborative Solutions Business Analyst 

Within the Global Information Services department (GIS), you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements related to our Collaborative Solutions. You will lead the improvement of key IT applications optimizing our cross-functional capabilities. You will drive requirements analysis, configuration, testing, problem and incident analysis and resolution. The position will require business engagement with all SICPA’s stakeholders in order to manage requests with the ability to guide them to an uniform solution and/or process. 

ROLE:

• Manage strategic discussions with our business stakeholders and act as a solution advocate. 
• Identify value proposition, design, and deliver scalable solutions with a key focus on enhancing our cross-departmental capabilities along with other IS applications in the entire IT domain/landscape.  
• Advise on best practices and build a vision for a multi-channel roadmap. 
• Identify new approaches and tailor-made solutions with 3rd party suppliers. 
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and organizational standards. 
• Work closely with project managers and other IT teams to deliver solutions on-time and within budget. 
• Be responsible for producing high quality solution documentation, ensuring that all documentation remains consistent and up to date. 
• Perform applications configuration, perform unit testing to ensure functional requirements coverage is in line with Business needs and expectations. 
• Coordinate and provide support through IT servicing tools by following CMMI guidelines and ensure consistency with ITIL recommendations. 
• Be responsible for producing high quality solution documentation, ensuring that all documentation remains consistent and up to date.  
• Support your IT colleagues on various overlapping topics. 
• Work closely with the Business Relationship Managers to push innovation, future vision and deliver value to business.  

PROFILE 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis. 
• At least 5 years of strong implementation and experience: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform: Power Automate and Power Apps. 
• At least 3 years of strong implementation and Experience with OpenText Extended ECM. 
• OpenText Business Analyst Certification is a plus.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Experience in managing third party service delivery. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
• ITIL certification is an asset 
• Professional working level in English, French is a plus.
