SAP Security & Authorization Specialist

To strengthen our Global IS department and Enterprise Solution Delivery team in Madrid, we are looking for someone to participate actively to the Identity and Access Management success. Strong knowledge and experience, ready to engage to tackle challenges in the field of IAM, CIAM, PAM. We're looking for:  

SAP SECURITY & AUTHORIZATION SPECIALIST 
  

 
ROLE: 

• Be the technical reference for SAP Security and authorization management for S/4HANA, ECC and HCM.
• Design and implement and improve security and authorization strategies for SAP systems
• Proven experience in RBAC, ABAC or PBAC and profiles security models
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Employee Central and SAP IAS a plus.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (ISO 27001, Financial audits) including performing regular security audits and risk assessments
• Monitor and maintain security and authorization controls in SAP systems
• Perform daily SAP Security tasks and tickets (incident & service request)
• Troubleshoot and resolve security and authorization issues
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand and implement security and authorization requirements
• Stay current with new SAP security and authorization trends and technologies and propose improvement.
• Ensure third-party management including onboarding consultant on SAP security and authorization

 
PROFILE: 

• Bachelor in IT or equivalent 

• Familiar with Identity and Access management concept and maintenance
• Familiar with SAP Solution Manager and Service Now ticketing systems.
• At least 5 years’ experience in SAP ECC and S/4hana security and authorization management: required technical skills in SAP Security area (tables, logs, reports, troubleshooting) and functional skills in SAP Security area (understanding authorization objects, SOD.

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Source of proposal and proactive force
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work autonomously in coordination with a global team 
• Ability to define standards, apply and maintain them
• Familiar with ITIL and / or CMMI, certification a plus
• Fluent in English. French is a plus
