SAP Specialist

To strengthen our Supply Chain and Procurement department, we are looking for a:

SAP SPECIALIST

ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP specialist to join our team and participate in the deployment of SAP solutions across all divisions and ensure training and best practices  implementation across all countries we operate. 

Key responsabilities: 

Training:

• Be responsible for the training in the different SAP process of our teams across our business entities.

Technical Support

• Provide support to the users in our entities on day-to-day problem solving or escalation in case of need to higher support levels.

Solution testing

• Define and implement robust testing plan to validate SAP solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Business Key users to conduct testing, including integration testing with legacy applications.

Business Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities for business process improvement through the effective use of SAP solutions.
• Work closely with business unit leaders to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Emergency operations backup

• Act as a liaison between the business units and the IS department, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements while executing temporary business operations tasks.

SPOC for escalations

• Management of the full lifecycle for the  problem resolution end escalation requests.  Identify issues, create tickets, follow up, ensure training, resolution closure. 

Power BI Champion

• Be Power BI champion for Supply Chain

PROFILE

• Proven experience (5 years) in SAP ( Procure to Pay, Material Handling, Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, Masterdata)
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions and their integration with business processes.
• Cross functional knowledge on various SAP modules with proficiency in Logistic (SD, MM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technical industries and its business processes is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
