Service Desk Technician

To strengthen our technical team at global level we are looking for a :








  • The responsibility of End User support technician is to handle received Incidents and to undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT service
  • Set up and maintain end user IT workplace
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction during daily duties
  • Customer support, administration, installation and hardware support of users IT devices and software
  • Expected to ensure that processes exist, are documented and are followed with a Continual Service Improvement optic in Integrated Management System
  • Responsible for moving end users IT resources and for securing the physical inventory
  • Work with 1st and 3rd level IT technicians as team to deliver seamless resolution to customer queries on all services and incidents





  • Degree in Engineering, HES in IT or ITIL V3 foundation certified
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within and IT Support role
  • Team player with strong organisational aptitude
  • Customer focus with good oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • ITIL process knowledge of Microsoft Windows Troubleshooting and configuration, Active Directory, SCCM, VPN and Microsoft Office Pack
