Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

To strengthen our extended team in Spain we are looking for a :

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Role:

• Provide day-to-day support, administration and monitoring on IT Linux system and services, including tools, databases, wiki, issue
• tracking, internal repositories, etc.
• Build, deploy and maintain application and infrastructure automation scripting using standard tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, J enkins
• pipelines, etc ... ), application integration, packaging and deployment.
• Create or update procedures and technical documentation, maintain CMDB of all IT related item, manage lifecycle of all components
• within an ITIL & CMMI lvl3 context
• Perform security maintenance on systems and applications
• Participate to maintenance, support and upgrade on-premise infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal clients and developers worldwide to maintain and improve services provided
• Report on system health and escalate issues if required
• Contribute to share, evolve standards and best practices within global communities

Profile:

• Master degree in a technical field or equivalent job experience
• 3+ years of Linux System Administration (CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Knowledge on OpenShift and/or OpenStack, an asset
• Knowldge on configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
• Knowledge on databases management (PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
• Knowledge on Atlassian suite as administrator (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) and internal repositories (Artifactory )
• Knowledge in implementing monitoring tools (Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)
• Ability to develop tools I scripts (Python, Shell) needed for full application and infrastructure deployment on OpenShift,
• OpenStack and VMWare
• Experience in Agile (Scrum & Kanban) and ITIL are a strong asset
• Good analytical skills, good communicator, team oriented but also can work autonomously, ability to take initiatives
• "Everything as a Code" mindset, with heavy use of GIT
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
