In order to strengthen our HR team based in Madrid, Spain, we are looking for a :






You will be responsible for supporting the training process and requests mainly for the Headquarters in Switzerland but also involving other SICPA entities worldwide within global learning projects. Reporting to the L&D Specialist in Switzerland, you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

  • Support corporate and global learning and development projects;
  • Contact suppliers, organise internal and external training courses and handle the associated logistics;
  • Support employees and HR community in using the training system & platforms;
  • Support the delivery of learning: prepare NDA’s, manage delegate lists, invitations; include instructions, evaluation processes and other training logistics as well as facilitate internal learning events and workshops;
  • Coordinate learning and training records system; create items; manage sessions; support users, local admins & trainers; extract different reports collate data and analyse metrics from the system;
  • Provide relevant learning feedback to stakeholders;
  • Contribute to technical development paths design;  




  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Training, HR or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in a multinational environment is an advantage)
  • Solid problem analysis and solving capabilities
  • Effective time management with excellent planning and organization skills
  • Adaptable, creative and result oriented who is self-motivated and very dynamic
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, MS Office and LMS management required
  • LMS implementation experience is a plus; SAP HR and any other HR system is also an advantage
  • Possesses strong communication skills (written & oral) and is a team player
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Able to travel occasionally to SICPA sites
