To strengthen our team in Madrid we are looking for an:

 

                                                                                              HR GENERALIST (MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT)

 

 

The aim of this role is to provide support to employees, HR team and management to handle a variety of HR-related activities. 

 

ROLE

 

  • Executing HR administration tasks such as contract preparation, document completion, onboarding, data changes in the system, certificates, etc.
  • Reporting on time management statistics and other KPI
  • Maintaining HR database and employee records up to date
  • Supporting recruitment processes, drafting job descriptions, maintaining interview records and candidates data base, as well as participating in recruitment coordination and interviews
  • Supporting training activities, searching for suppliers, assessing training return of investment and managing all the courses in the system
  • Supporting employees, managers and HR in answering administrative questions regarding internal policies and regulations
  • Collaborating in internal communication processes, CSR and wellbeing as well as other HR-related tasks. 

 

 

PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor degree in a related field is desirable
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Customer focus, good communication skills, ability to work in a matrix environment and detailed orientation are key competencies
  • Strong IT skills, specially in SucessFactors and Microsoft office; Sharepoint knowledge is a plus
