SAP BKU & Cost Controller

As a key member of the Finance Department you would play a key role in SAP FI/CO support. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling different OPEX departments or projects.  You will work in an international environment, ensuring compliance with local and Group accounting standards while supporting finance-related SAP processes and projects.
 
ROLE:

•    Provide end-user support on SAP FI/CO, validating financial postings in line with Group standards.
•    Contribute to SAP projects, system enhancements and upgrades (including S/4HANA), working with GIS teams and external consultants.
•    Maintain SAP FI master data and support testing and system improvements.
•    Monitor, analyze, and manage different costs centers across several organizations
•    Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly financial reports to Function Heads and Finance Management,
•    Act as a key finance partner to  leaders during OPEX and CAPEX planning and monitoring cycles, providing financial insights and strategic support,
•    Prepare the Forecast and Budget processes by gathering, validating, and analyzing data, and by preparing the related presentations
•    Review and validate purchase requisitions, supplier invoices, and investment requests to ensure alignment with budget and compliance standards.

PROFILE:

•    Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
•    5-8 years experience ideally in controlling, reporting or related sector
•    Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO ( BKU role)
•    Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI are a major asset
•    Analytical mind-set, attention to detail,
•    Proactive and forward-thinking, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation,
•    Team Spirit & (internal-) customer oriented
•    Fast learner, works independently with ability to multi-task
•    Fluent in English, french would be an asset
