To manage warehouse, logistics and distribution activities on our industrial site in Naucalpan (Estado de Mexico), we are looking for a:







  • Lead and manage the two different areas: Warehouse and Distribution.
  • Ensure available stock is delivered on time in the required quantity and quality to the client (products are chemical materials).
  • Deliver the products/services ensuring material and tools are available for production and conditioning the products in the appropriate packaging.  
  • Distribute the products internally and externally according to order, manage physical stock on site and in external storage
  • Control and monitoring of slow-moving materials.
  • Supervise and improve compliance to legal aspects of the Supply Chain in transportation, customs, handling, storage, and labelling.   
  • Loading according to the type of product, storage, and labeling.
  • Select and organize transportation with logistic partners for all goods not handled by the Value Chain Import/Export.
  • Guarantee the respect and application of high secure area’s norms & rules.
  • Plan workload daily and allocates the resources according to the production needs.
  • Plan & run requested legal & internal audits 


  • University degree /Logistics/ Bachelor's, International Trade
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in an industrial and international environment.
  • Experience in accounting for stock management.
  • Experience in managing projects for continuous improvement related to the inbound/outbound flows.
  • Experience in handling export packing lists
  • Good knowledge and practice of HSE norms
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP, ISO norms
  • Have a forklift driving license.
  • Experience in a chemical area is a plus

  • Knowledge on international dangerous goods transportation regulations, customs regulations, international Trade, transportation market.
