Marketing Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented :
MARKETING PROJECT SPECIALIST - 6 month contract
In this role, you will ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery of key marketing projects, such as our conference sponsorships, while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in project or event management and thrives in deadline-driven environments. Flexibility for occasional travel is required.
ROLE
Conference Coordination:
- Plan, organise, and execute our participation at high-profile conferences and trade shows from concept to completion.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, registrations, shipping, branding, and on-site execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive timelines and project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Project Management:
- Lead the coordination of large-scale marketing projects, and promotional activities.
- Ensure that project goals align with broader marketing objectives and corporate strategies.
- Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster clear and proactive communication across cross-functional teams.
- Prepare status reports, project summaries, and presentations for management team.
- Ensure all project stakeholders are aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination, project management, or marketing roles.
- Experience in coordinating corporate conferences or large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of adhering to deadlines and driving on-time delivery.
- Fluent in English and French
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and project-related needs.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, and digital tools is a plus
