To strengthen our Supply Chain & Procurement department, we are looking for a:

 BUYER

ROLE

• Create a collaborative environment between SICPA and suppliers through efficient Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) 
• Conduct procurement data and market analysis, determine risks and opportunities
• Ensure good understanding of internal Customer’s needs
• Organize supplier biddings, RFI/RFPs & evaluate results
• Contribute to the decision-making process on selection of suppliers with right capabilities and from a TCO concept
• Lead negotiation and discussion with the suppliers
• Ensure formalization of supplier relationships through implementation of contract or agreement
• Development and deployment of Global sourcing strategies
• Create, maintain and update article database, Vendor Master Data and Purchasing information in SAP
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP ensuring on-time delivery

PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration/Computer Science 
• Experience in sourcing IT services (hardware / Software) 
• Knowledge in legal clauses that requires scrutiny and validation (e.g. Software license agreements, Service agreements for Tailor-Made Software development including maintenance and support)
• Excellent communication and project management skills with an ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proven financial and business acumen and capability in negotiation, change management and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English. French or Spanish is a plus
