In SICPA’s Digital Factory Squad, we explore and build the next generation systems at the heart of tomorrow’s digital society. With a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and strategists we work on bringing to life exciting new concepts. To strengthen our team we are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Full stack Developer. Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, likes Java and/or JavaScript and knows what it takes to build a complex system.







  • Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
  • Testing and deploying programs and systems
  • Fixing and improving existing software
  • Developing the solution. Maintaining documentation for your own code and project. Contributing to architecture.
  • Testing code quality, security, usability, maintainability, and compliance with SICPA standards and products.
  • Preparing and communicate about releases and potential pitfalls.
  • Maintaining internal day-to-day planning and resource allocation within sprints.
  • Planning of sprint reviews, demos, retrospectives, internal forums.




  • You have already experience with client projects and able to transform client ideas into digital solutions.
  • You are a hands-on developer: you can transform immediate ideas to a Proof of Concept quickly and in quality.
  • You are an early adopter, you want to use the latest technologies.
  • You are curious: you are not afraid to make mistakes and you know it’s the price to pay to gain experience.
  • You like to challenge and be challenged: you’re opened to change and like to explore unchartered territories.
  • You get things done: you focus on things that matter and you like to see tangible progress.
  • You like to share your enthusiasm by showing how new solution can bring immediate value to customer’s.
  • You are visionary, you understand very quickly how a new technology can improve productivity / quality.
  • You are a team player: you know it’s not only about what you do but a lot about with whom and how you do it.
  • You have strong command of object-oriented programming (C#, Java, C++, …), JavaScript (ES6+), Docker is a plus.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  • You are open to both code and codeless approaches
  • You find pragmatic solutions within tight deadlines
  • You have experience with DevOps – DevSecOps way of working
  • You are fluent in English, French highly desirable.
