CONSOLIDATION & FINANCIAL ANALYST

To strengthen our Group Finance & Risk Department, we are looking for a

Consolidation & FInancial ANALYST

You will play a pivotal role in our finance department, participating in the consolidation of financial data, analysing business performance, and providing key insights for process improvement. Role:

• Participate to financial consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Provide support to the markets in system issues
• Make use of innovative technologies and tools to automate consolidation procedures and enhance efficiency
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, insights, and areas for process improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement technological solutions for financial reporting and analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting methodologies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis leveraging advanced analytical tools
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and consolidation roles
• Strong proficiency in leveraging technology to optimize financial processes (ERP systems, data visualization tools, etc.)
• Proven track record of implementing technological solutions for financial reporting and analysis
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to understand the big picture
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Experience in Group reporting and familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as well as Power BI would be an asset
