Digital Innovation Architect

Leveraging decades of expertise in security inks and solutions, SICPA aims at providing the next generation of sovereign and trust-enabling security systems for citizens and governments. This is a great opportunity to join strategic projects and work with teams of passionate people to design, architect and develop innovative solutions.

ROLE :

• Conception of the technical solutions required to achieve sustainable and scalable success and to address markets needs.
• Establish a technical leadership position that supports our team initiatives  , with a strategic thinking approach.
• Provide expertise on technical solutions for Digital Technologies.
• Evangelize stakeholders (from business to development and operations) of technologies roadmaps and guidelines.
• Oversee development of innovation bricks within agile framework.
• Act as a gatekeeper for the architectural consistency and best practices for solutions (R&D phase, PoC..), within the team and beyond.
• Provide cloud architecture expertise on technical solutions for Digital Technologies.
• Drive the initial conception of the technical solutions required to achieve sustainable and scalable success and to address markets needs.
• Provide business and contextual technical expertise to solution development teams.
• Assess the fit for purpose of a conceptual solution and define solutioning and feasibility.
• Ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture as well as the strategic objectives and directions across the different market supported by SICPA Digital Technologies.
• Follow-up on internal or external implementation of technical Proofs of Concept.
• Identify and assess potential SICPA and partner technology or solutions fitting with our new value propositions.
• Conduct solution architecture analysis to measure architecture and technology fit to SICPA solutions and identify gaps and critical process/data flows.
• Evangelization of technology roadmaps and guidelines across the company.
• Support the documentation of the high-level functional architecture allowing evaluation of the solution building feasibility including risk and security management, architecture blueprints.
• Support consistency and best practices for SICPA digital within architecture community across the company.

PROFILE:

• Cloud and micro services architecture (Experience in one of the 4 main cloud public providers).
• Problem-solving attitude.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field would be a plus.
• Practice in using standardized technical documentation approach (UML or alike). Ability to document according to the targeted audience.
• Understanding concepts of machine-learning and operations research.
• Analytical mind and business acumen.
• Autonomous with strong collaboration skills to be used transversally throughout the company.
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills who can easily understand complex solutions, with the ability to adapt to multiple technological domains related to digital.
