Embedded Software Engineer

To strengthen our  R&D Features and Detection department, we are looking for a:

Embedded Software engineer

ROLE

• Join a multidisciplinary team (electronics, software, optics, chemist, scientist) in the R&D Features & Detection department
• Test support and troubleshoot embedded software for high-speed sensors
• Translate mathematically proven algorithms into efficient C/C++ code
• Implement software on both real-time operating system and embedded Linux
• Support the development of embedded software on RTOS and Linux platform

PROFILE

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in C/C++ programming
• Experience in software testing and versioning 
• Experience in embedded operating system and software development for scientific or industrial applications
• Experience in System on Chip systems including microprocessor, microcontroller and DSP
• Good problem solver and innovative spirit, bringing ideas from conception to implementation in industrial environment
• Autonomous, curious, trustworthy and result-oriented
• Team player in a multi-cultural working environment with ability to work independently
• English is a must and French is a plus
