To strengthen our Chairman Office, we are looking for an:




  • Answer and filter incoming phone calls
  • Manage a complex agenda and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sort incoming correspondence and highlight priorities
  • Write high-quality materials both in French and English
  • Manage contacts and mailing database
  • Maintain an efficient retrieving and filing system
  • Reception of high-level visitors
  • Organization of logistics for meetings
  • Coordinate travels for the Chairman and key stakeholders
  • Expense claims, processing invoices and liaise with accounts department for payment follow up



  • Solid administrative experience in a corporate environment reporting to C-level and a degree in administration or equivalent certification
  • Excellent relationship builder and team player; able to demonstrate a high level of tact, committed to discretion and diplomacy with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Resourceful, high attention to details, able to anticipate and solve problems autonomously
  • Able to work under high pressure and short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, comfortable multi-tasking a wide variety of activities 
  • Advanced proficiency with Office365 tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams), Concur and Adobe Acrobat 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in French and English (C2)
