To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for a:
HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
ROLE
You will be in charge of supporting the Global HR BP in his / her activities and processes across multiple regions or countries. In this role, you act as a partner to business managers and employees, providing guidance and support in the implementation of HR policies, practices, and programs that align with the organisation's overall global business strategy.
You will provide guidance and support to business stakeholders in managing their global workforce effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You will collaborate with all other HR streams (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Compensation & Rewards), to ensure that HR activities are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive all HR-related matters within a defined population
- Support the implementation and follow-through of all relevant global and local HR-policies and processes
- Support the Global HRBP in the conduction of their activities (TA coordination for recruitment validation, engagement survey actions follow up, Global CoE coordination)
- Enable and support line managers and employees in all operational and administrative HR matters (e.g. recruiting, onboarding) and provide valuable solutions
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations and provide advice on employee relations matters
- Play active part in employee engagement and in creating a positive work environment
- Ensure accurate set-up and handling of employee and compensation data
- Professionally manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Be an active member of the Global HR team and support global HR projects
PROFILE
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, Economics or an equivalent qualification in a related discipline
- 3-5 years of professional experience in HR
- Certification in project management is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (mandatory) and French or Spanish
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail applications.
