To strengthen our HR Operations team in Prilly, we are looking for an:

HR OPERATIONS MANAGER

 


ROLE

 

• Manage a team of 6 members to coordinate all HR operations related matters
• Lead the employees on-boarding (such as contracts, work permits, relocations, family allowances) and off-boarding (confirmation letter, work certificates, forms, etc.) cycle and other employee lifecycle changes & liaise with Payroll and other involved stakeholders
• Ensure HR and time management systems are constantly accurate, by guaranteeing data flow through interfaces 
• Responsible to prioritize and ensure all incoming requests and inquiries from employees are appropriately addressed and on a timely manner 
• Ensure up-to-date contractual data entry / organizational structure in HR system for CH & liaise with the HR team and other involved stakeholders whenever necessary
• Responsible to enter new hires in the HR system for new entities worldwide or maintain data in case no local HR is in place for a specific country, support local HR on system for general questions
• Responsible for reporting -  high volume data extraction from our database on demand & provide analysis/recommendations
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects / support the deployment completion of our new HRIS system
• Apply HR internal policies and regulations, review them whenever applicable
• Remain up-to-date with labor laws knowledge and share information with relevant parties
• Responsible for PowerBI reports & coordination with consultants
• Ensure best practices and decisions taken within HR are captured in a document for future reference

 

PROFILE

 

• Bachelor degree in Business administration, Brevet fédéral en assurances sociales or related field is required
• A proven experience of 7+ years in a similar role is mandatory
• Experience in managing a team, team player with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
• Customer focus, detailed-oriented, autonomous, reliable, efficient, respect of deadline and action-oriented are key competencies
• Proactivity and ability to propose solutions for improvements or when facing issues
• At ease with IT tools, especially Excel (pivot table, Vlookup formula) and Word (mail merge)
• IT skills: SAP, Employee Central and PowerBI knowledge is desirable / experience in data reporting is an asset
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Fluency in both English and French is required
