Product Manager - Brand Protection

To support and develop our brand protection solutions and products, by acting as the technical reference to the Sales teams, our customers and partners, providing strong technical advice and holding responsibilities for the technical and operational solutions captured in relevant business offers. Responsibilities include: 

  • Upon Sales request, actively participate in the engagement with customers: understand the specific customer and market needs; confirm and articulate the ability of SICPA's solutions to meet customer expectations; propose concrete solutions according to customer's needs; deliver meaningful and impactful demonstrations; provide relevant technical information on references and specific examples of previous SICPA's achievements / projects and SICPA's brand protection portfolio; provide key selling points of our solutions compared to competitors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing subject matter expertise in a consultative fashion on market issues and on the brand protection solutions and products space. Credibly present third-party information (e.g. case studies, white papers, appropriate independent research reports) that supports our solutions and its ability to deliver results and benefits to the customer. Support key customer implementation with business consulting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with the customer and ensure the promotion of SICPA's solutions and product. Constantly update customers on new development of SICPA's brand protection solutions and products to develop a partnership relationship.
  • Drive cross functional engineering and R&D teams to deliver quality services to customers according to roadmap. Provide input and feedback on new capabilities that need to be built on our solutions and products to address unmet needs and opportunities.
  • Align solutions and products vision with SICPA’s brand protection solutions strategy.
  • Support and coordinate the Go-To-Market effort around the world with product expertise, conference participation and presentation, and push opportunities through internal processes.
  • Drive development of Product Marketing material to support the Go-To-Market strategy, in close relationship with the Marketing team.




  • University degree in a technical field (Engineering, IT, science) is mandatory. MBA or post-graduate business education is an asset alongside sales and negotiation professional training.
  • 5-10 years of work experience in international firms, of which at least 3 years of successful experience in a technical sales/solution selling role or product management role.
  • International exposure is required.
  • Experience in the field of security or traceability solutions is an advantage.
  • Autonomous with strong collaboration skills transversally within the company. Coaching mind-set.
  • Customer oriented, proven relationship-building skills, excellent communication, political sense and influencing skills.
  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills who can easily understand complex solutions integrating multiple technology domains.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally (up to 25%).
