Proposal Manager

To strengthen our Proposal Management department, we are looking for a:

Proposal Manager

ROLE :

• Analyze and review clients' requirements; through the preparation and delivery of proposal, ensures they are met to win new business.
• Coordinate / facilitate the proposal development process from start to finish. Proposal may be RFI, RFP, EOI, PPPs or any other form of proposal request that may result from a structured procurement process or not.
• Produce proposal preparation plan with clear and specific actions, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Organize and coordinate the proposal team activities, ensure all team members are informed and involved in a timely and efficient manner. Produce meeting minutes.
• Follow-up proposal preparation inputs and ensure timely completion, raise alerts when necessary.
• Coordinate proposal distribution logistics, including approval process, legalization, documents distribution and delivery.
• Control the final production and delivery of the compliant proposal on time. 
• Dedicate time and effort when needed (short timing, complex content, spread teams)

PROFILE :

• Master degree or equivalent in business management / project management.
• Ideally 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Experience in proposal management. 
• Structured, organized and driven.
• Proactive and autonomous.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coordinate proposal preparation.
• Be result and detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills, be a team player.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and within short dead-lines.
• Excellent command of French & English.
• Willing to travel if required.
