To strengthen our Hospitality Team, we are looking for a:




  • Responsible for the Switchboard routing incoming calls 
  • Allocating meeting rooms for internal clients
  • Ensure that all visitors are welcomed according to SICPA’S procedures
  • Facility Management e-ticketing 
  •  Assisting Hospitality Supervisor in his daily tasks (Hospitality requests, follow-up on arrivals and departures, setting up the meeting rooms with proper equipment and tidiness)




  • Completed apprenticeship with a commercial focus (CFC Commerce or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as receptionist, preferably in an international executive company 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Discrete, with a high sense of confidentiality 
  • Good team player, flexible, with a strong ability to adapt and to prioritize tasks
  •  Fluent in French and in English, good understanding of German is an asset
