Sales Operations Coordinator

As part of our Commercial department for Marking Security Solutions, we are looking for a:








  • Review the sales pipeline, ensuring reliability of data in the CRM tool
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse monthly sales reports and perform ad hoc reporting for top management
  • Collaborate with internal commercial stakeholders to understand business objectives and to help prioritize projects that will enable maximize business impact
  • Act as a business key user for the CRM and ensure the tool is properly used to support business development activities worldwide





  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or a Commercial related area
  • Experience with BI technology and CRM tools (Salesforce) a must
  • Strong analytical mindset, willing to foster a data-driven culture and provide recommendations that will enable the business to take more informed decisions
  • Acting as a facilitator and a coordinator internally, able to think proactively, eager to learn 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and in French
