To strengthen our Legal Department, we are looking for an :





Based in our Headquarters in Switzerland, the successful candidate will enjoy a large variety of legal work.



  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide variety of legal and commercial documents
  • Providing legal advices in connection with new and existing commercial activities of one of the group’s business unit
  • Providing legal support and advices to the company’s support functions, notably HR
  • Exercising initiative in solving challenges and accomplishing business objectives
  • Performs other responsibilities and special projects to support the Legal department’s objectives





  • Master of Law degree from a Swiss University and admission to the Swiss Bar
  • A least 4 years of relevant experience preferably acquired in a law firm and/or as an in-house counsel in an international company
  • Business acumen and sound knowledge of commercial law, notably of sale & purchase agreements, service agreements, joint development and other types of collaboration agreements
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience in servicing customers and ability to successfully and independently manage the legal aspects of complex international contracts
  • LL.M or other postgraduate education and/or work experience would be considered as an advantage but are not a prerequisite



  • Fluency in French and English required
  • Command of German or Spanish a plus
