Role

• Understand internal customer needs and sourcing requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure competitive and sustainable supplier relationships.
• Manage RFQs/RFPs and support supplier selection processes.
• Review supplier proposals and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and corporate standards.
• Manage supplier master data, vendor records, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Create, process, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Global Procurement teams to support operational and strategic sourcing activities.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Strategic Sourcing roles.
• Experience managing multiple procurement categories and supplier portfolios.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to work in a multinational and cross-functional environment.
