To strengthen our Solution Management team, we are looking for a:

ROLE:

•Provide support and guidance to the teams (global) on Solution Management methodology and process

•Analyze and recommend improvements on Solution Management methodology and process

•Establish and drive continuous improvement tools

•Set-up the and maintain the right tool box supporting the methodology and process

•Monitor KPI, ensure data consistency and provide reporting

•Ensure alignment of the methodology and process across the organization

•

PROFILE:

•

•Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent

•Experience in product / solution management, ideally working in an Agile environment

•Strong knowledge in the Atlassian suites (confluence suites, Jira, ..)

•Experience in reporting tool

•Process oriented

•Strong communication and very good presentation skills

•Training and coaching skills

•Fluent in English mandatory; French is a plus
