SCRUM MASTER

ROLE:

• Manage teams of software developers and foster personal / professional growth
• Develop and maintain skill profile of the team to ensure they are capable to execute and deliver
• Support recruitment and selection of new team members
• Assist Product Owner and Development office in delivering solutions with high quality standards
• Promote use of agile methodologies and tools
• Lead sprint planning and monitor development and delivery of the scrum team
• Collaborate with other Team Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure timely release of deliverables
• Implement innovations, improvements and change initiatives to improve process and practices
• Fulfil key responsibilities within agreed timelines, budgets and delegated authority

PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or Information Technologies, or Engineering related disciplines
•  Minimum 8 years of cumulative experience in technical lead role, software development and project management
•  Proficient with Java programming language
• Expertise in handling complex task, execute in fast paced and demanding environment
• Effective communication, good interpersonal and coordination skills at all levels globally
• Result driven and delivers through people
• Exposure to Agile Methodology & Scrum Framework, must be a Certified Scrum Master
•  Highly experience in project management, certification in PM is an advantage
•  Demonstrates good experience in people management and development

LANGUAGES:
English, other International Language including French is an advantage
