To strengthen our Engineering Team, we are looking for an






Senior Process Engineer working at US10. This position will report to Head of ITE NA and provide technical support and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing process capability, capacity and productivity at the site(s) to ensure safe and optimal process utilization.  Use best practice machinery care principles, develop and implement world-class equipment care procedures and process changes to maximize plant safety and reliability.  Implement capital and expense projects within scope, cost, time and safety standards. This position requires possible travel time of up to 25%.





  • Identify, make recommendations and implement improvements in plant performance to optimize product volume, yields and quality in accordance with business needs, whilst minimizing operating costs and maximizing unit safety and reliability
  • Design new and revise existing process controls including instrumentation, PLC and HMI systems
  • Gather and evaluate appropriate data, utilizing statistical techniques, to improve process capability and/or identify root causes of problems. Influence the organization to pursue the identified improvements
  • Provide technical expertise and project management as appropriate to execute quality implementation





Provides guidance and technical expertise to internal clients by:

  • Participating in key technical discussions


Handles more complex projects, for example new technologies developed with suppliers to integrate a new functionality or projects with exceptional budgets by:

  • Actively seeking stakeholders support at different stages
  • Ensuring best technical solution is accepted, developed and implemented


Partners with internal entities in the technical specifications by:

  • Providing expertise on new projects





Identifies and deploys work process improvements by:

  • Analysis and definition of problem
  • Testing different technical solutions
  • Validating technical improvements


Deploys and partners with the international entities in the technical solution deployment by:

  • Sharing experience of locally implemented technical solutions
  • Proposing technical solutions based on knowledge of previous projects





Checks and ensures conformity toward external standards of deployed technical solutions by:

  • Consulting with local responsible entities
  • Site and deployment inspection
  • Verifying with competent 3rd parties





Strong understanding of chemical process equipment, including safety and environmental aspects. Experience with batch manufacturing, liquid conveyance processing equipment, liquid milling, distillation is preferred. Is familiar with and committed to the effective use of standardized safety practices (PSM, LTT, FMEA, etc.). Able to use Rockwell Automation (OperationsSuite FT View, FT Batch, FT Historian), PlantPAX and other control software to develop existing and new process control systems. Familiar with AutoCAD, Visio, and/or Solid Works design software. Knowledge of general chemistry, specific process chemistries and the impact of process variables on product. Familiar with statistical design methodologies such as 6 Sigma or Lean Management is preferred.

  • Minimum Bachelor/University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Preferably Chemical Engineering).
  • Minimum five years’ experience in an appropriate manufacturing environment.
