To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for an
HR DIRECTOR
ROLE
In line with SICPA headquarters’ HR policies, guidelines, and programs, develop, implement, and coordinate policies and initiatives covering all aspects of human resources — including employment, compensation, recruiting, training, workforce planning and development, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with applicable employment laws. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape the organizational structure for three diverse operating companies and align HR strategy with business objectives to support long-term growth.
PROFILE
- HR Strategy & Business Alignment
- Deploy and align the HR strategy with business goals and global company policies.
- Proactively propose and implement organizational and HR solutions to attract, develop, assess, promote, and retain talent.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
- Workforce Planning & Recruitment
- Design and coordinate manpower planning activities for all departments, anticipating recruitment needs based on business plans and expansion projects.
- Oversee all recruitment activities, including defining sourcing strategies, managing selection processes, and interviewing for senior-level positions.
- Coach hiring managers on candidate selection, assessment best practices, and ensure effective onboarding programs.
- Talent Development & Succession
- Provide guidance and direction for training activities across all company locations, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Design and implement development and succession plans to ensure talent retention and career progression.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Lead annual headcount and budget review processes, as well as the yearly salary review cycle.
- Direct compensation and benefits activities, including job analyses, position descriptions, salary administration, and benefits programs.
- Work closely with the Group Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive salary structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, local labor regulations, and quality & security requirements.
- Maintain effective employee relations practices, promoting engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- HR Data & Analytics
- Track and analyze HR KPIs, identify trends, and contribute to action plans to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate HR reporting and leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Other
- Carry out other HR projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.
- At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a government contracting or international business environment, covering the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior supervisory/management role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits and HRIS systems.
- Proven success in organizational development.
- Knowledge and interest in HR analytics.
- Strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, HR systems, UKG)
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Minimum of BS in Human Resources or equivalent discipline, advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Relevant HR certifications are a plus
- Must be a US Citizen due to facility contract requirements
