To strengthen our Springfield, VA Information Systems team, we are looking for an
IS MANAGER
ROLE
The IS Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Information Services, manage its personnel and daily operations. Their duties include managing the relationships with business departments and managing the department budget.
- Develop local IS strategy, budgets and plans aligned with local company goals
- Communicate and collaborate with department managers to understand and support business needs, increase productivity and manage costs
- Integrate and apply Global IS common policies, processes and procedures
- Represent the company position in audits such as ISO, SOC compliance and customer audits (policy, process, access to any updates)

- Contribute to the elaboration of customer contract proposals for information systems and security
- Liaise with Global IS to represent the US business needs across divisions and advocate for local requirements to be taken into consideration.
- Provide end user support services through the US helpdesk
- Represent the US in the Cybersecurity Awareness, Education and Training committee
- Be the local representative responsible for Business Data Protection
- Be the local coach responsible for personal Data Protection & Privacy
- Coordinate the local implementation of global IS projects and systems
- Set up, monitor, review and publish key performance indicators for Information Services. Identify and implement improvements
- Manage daily operations of the local IT infrastructure including end user devices, servers, network, communications and applications with their respective contracts
- Evaluate, plan for and implement upgrades to the various information systems
- Manage department operating and capital expenditure budgets

PROFILE
- B.S. or B.A. Degree
- 5-10 years of experience in IT operations and support role
- Technical expertise with Dell, Cisco, Windows, Android, iOS, networks topology and protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Customer focused mindset
