To strengthen our Springfield team, we are looking for an

 

 


                                                                                                                          INK OPERATOR

 

 


ROLE

 

 


You will be responsible for supporting ink production at SICPA Springfield, Virginia.

PROFILE

 

 


• Fully competent in at least one phase of production, including safe operation of all equipment used in that phase
• Write and perform math at a high school level
• Good with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
• Willing to learn other software applications that support manufacturing e.g. SAP
• Basic understanding of 6S
• Follow instructions from a written procedure
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Lift 50 pounds comfortably
• Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time (2-4 hours before a rest or change).
• Ability to roll tub weighing up to 2,000 pounds
• Ability to wear and use safety equipment
• Must have HS Diploma or GED
