Solution Architect

                                                                                                                       SOLUTION ARCHITECT  

ROLE

• The Solution Architect supports the design and evolution of solution architectures starting with the new digital solutions portfolio in collaboration with senior architects, engineering, product, sales and operations teams.
• The role combines solution design, technical coordination, documentation and customer-facing activities in an international environment. Working closely with experienced architects, the successful candidate will develop strong architecture, communication and technical consulting skills through customer projects.
• The position offers a clear growth path toward Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales and Operational leadership responsibilities.

PROFILE

• Contribute to solution architecture and design activities in collaboration with senior architects, product teams and development teams to address business and customer requirements
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical analysis and contributing to solution proposals and customer discussions
• Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to ensure consistency between business needs and technical implementation
• Participate in customer workshops and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to architecture and technical documentation supporting project delivery and operational activities
• Support ongoing projects through coordination, troubleshooting follow-up and technical assistance
• Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes and operational efficiency
• Stay informed about modern technologies, cloud-native environments and security best practices
• Follow architecture standards, security guidelines and engineering best practices
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong interest in solution architecture and cloud technologies
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote and international setup
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Sensitivity to security and compliance topics
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Fluent in English is mandatory; French is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field

• 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, cloud, DevOps, system integration or technical solution design
• Initial knowledge on modern software architectures, APIs and containerized environments
• Interest in customer-oriented solutioning, technical coordination and architecture activities
• Strong willingness to learn and grow toward a Solution Architect role
