To strengthen our Customer Service team, we are looking for a




                                                                              Customer Service Assistant









Responsible for supporting our North America Hub Customer Service team located in Springfield, Virginia.  As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks: 


  • Receive customer orders via phone and/or email
  • Enter data for sales orders into SAP
  • Provide order information to the appropriate personnel per defined processes
  • Approve customer orders after checking materials according to the order the order approval process
  • Effectively collaborate across departments to ensure all internal and external customer needs are met
  • Generate customer Invoices in SAP
  • Prepare Export paperwork for international shipments
  • Establish new accounts as needed
  • Provide customers with product information, technical data, SDS and sales literature
  • Provide support for specialized projects
  • Other duties as assigned








  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Certification combined with 3-5 years Customer Service Experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and mange time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and Customer Relation skills
  • Understand and resolve issues- attention to detail, makes thoughtful decisions to fix issues that require immediate attention
