We are looking for a highly motivated, Controller & Business Finance Analyst to join our company.

                                          
Controller & Business Finance Analyst

Controlling Responsibilities

•    Ensure correct cost allocation and contribute to month end and year end closing activities
•    Support the team during Forecast and Target cycles, including preparing presentations, templates, data collection, and performing sanity checks
•    Ensure and document compliance with internal processes within the scope of responsibility
•    Create and maintain master data
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to systems and processes
•    Prepare reporting and analysis
•    Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
•    Provide administrative support to the Head of Business Controlling

Business Finance Responsibilities

•    Manage, lead, and supervise the development and maintenance of accurate financial and business models (primarily in Excel) for customer project costing
•    Act as the internal coordinator for the preparation of financial commercial offers and proposals
•    Support and participate in commercial negotiations on financial aspects, including pricing, business models, service delivery, taxes, invoicing, cash collection, and payment terms
•    Establish and maintain documentation files, including relevant sources, listings, and reporting

Job Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in finance, controlling, reporting, or a related area
•    Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is a strong asset
•    Experience with SAP ERP is an advantage
•    Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
•    Team oriented with a strong internal customer focus
•    Fast learner, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
•    Willingness to travel for business needs
•    Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
