MISSION
As we are increasing our presence in Tirana, we are looking to hire an HR Manager.
This position will involve active recruitment for our newly created Excellence Hub within a short timeframe, with a strong focus on integration, retention, and employee development. The role also involves overseeing administrative responsibilities, such as payroll and time management. It is expected that the job holder will support international HR projects, such as recruitment and the establishment of HR frameworks, as our operations expand.
ROLE
• Propose, plan, develop, and implement the recruitment and selection strategy to run an effective organization and provide support on HR issues.
• Define and implement all HR-related policies and procedures, aligned with the global HR function.
• Recommend and implement remuneration levels aligned with local standards and consistent with corporate schemes to attract and retain employees.
• Work closely with the SICPA HR team in Switzerland to ensure consistency in HR management while adapting to local standards.
• Support managers on all HR matters, including but not limited to recruitment, development and training needs, and remuneration and performance issues.
• Ensure equity, fairness, and consistency in the way people are managed and rewarded. If necessary, propose alternative, additional, or new compensation and benefits solutions, based on local market practices and within SICPA Group guidelines.
• Design, organize, and implement individual development plans to motivate employees and ensure they are qualified for the latest technologies available on the market.
• Ensure HR activities comply with and are integrated into organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, and legal constraints.
• Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, and overall achievements.
• Liaise with national institutions on HR-related matters (e.g. social security).
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including compliance with all legal requirements.
PROFILE
• This role requires a capable and experienced HR Manager with at least 8 years of experience in the HR field, ideally in an international environment.
• The successful candidate should have proven recruitment experience, a strong understanding of personnel selection processes, and expertise in compensation and benefits, talent management, and labor relations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; French is a nice-to-have.
• Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and achieve targeted results is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a service-oriented environment is an asset.
