Program and Project Manager

To strengthen our Customer Projects Deployment & Service Department in Albania we are looking for a
PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGER
ROLE
• Efficiently and effectively lead projects according to applicable processes and governance. Keep projects on targeted time and budget.
• Define, structure, and maintain the project roadmap, objectives, scope, priorities, and delivery execution in alignment with organizational strategy and company policies.
• Provide transparency of project progress to stakeholders and escalate in case of deviation.
• Apply Risk and Issue Management processes and techniques.
• Be accountable (customer satisfaction, requirement coverage, timing, budget) for engineering, installation, local entity setup, stabilization and hand-over phases of SICPA’s solution components and all auxiliary project components.
• Develop and manage the project budget, including CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure), monitoring throughout project execution.
• Create and nurture proactive interfacing and reporting to Steering Committee and client’s representative(s) (Single-Point-of-Contact) and other stakeholders of the project.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts in sales, pre-sales and building strategic partnerships.
PROFILE
• Master’s degree in engineering/project management or in any other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in project management with a track record of handling technical, operational, budgeting, customer and legal aspects of large-scale, technically complex projects in a multi-cultural and international environment.
• Proficiency in managing complex Stakeholder Environment.
• Participated in projects related to governments and change management in an international environment.
• Open to operate in foreign countries, detached from the home base on a limited-time basis (i.e. for the duration of the project).
• Data driven and analytics oriented, excellent communication skills with good capacity to deal with uncertainty.
• Ability to coordinate interdependent workstreams of different fields in an international environment.
• Experience in Track & Trace and/or authentication solution is a plus.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and/or bottling, tobacco, packaging industries is a plus.
• Excellent command of MS Office, ServiceNow as an asset.
• Fluent in English. French, Arabic, and Spanish are a plus.
• PMI and/or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
