For the development of our solutions, we are currently looking for our offices in Tirana a very experienced, top motivated, hands-on:

ROLE

• Architect, design, implement, maintain and customize mission-critical applications in a microservice-based software framework, supporting the application
• Develop and enhance self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components, ensuring flexibility for specific customizations and long-term maintainability
• Deliver innovative, dazzling, high quality and responsive web applications supporting both standard product capabilities and customized application
• Maintain and evolve existing applications including defect resolution, performance optimization and implementation of customer driven enhancements
• Apply software developers best practices, including testing, documentation, code review and adherence to design standard across both new development and maintenance activities
• Implement state-of-the-art automated testing practices (unit, component, integration tests) to ensure stability and quality of the applications
• Support packaging, configuration and automated deployment of software components to enable reliable releases and operational continuity
• Contribute to product and solution innovation, including ideas, prototypes, functional, technical and design specifications that enhance the applications
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess customization needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
• Apply agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle: challenge and clarify requirements, supporting continuous improvement and ensure timely and predictable delivery

PROFILE

• Engineering Bachelor or Master´s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experienced in Angular, TypeScript, Material Design
• Experienced software developer with a soundtrack record in Java Spring Boot, with functional or reactive programming a plus
• Experienced with GitHub Copilot or any other AI coding assistant
• Experienced with Git source version control
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and Good Practices to design and develop quality and clean code
• Highly proficient in web markup, including HTML and CSS
• Wide experience in RESTful API consumption and design
• Skilled with testing frameworks (Ex. Jasmine, Selenium, Cucumber)
• Experience with container technologies, like Docker, Kubernetes a plus
• Skilled in relational databases, e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle and MySQL is a plus
• Experience implementing Keyclock or other authentication / authorization systems such as Spring security, OAuth
• Familiar with the Mac/Linux environment, including shell scripting and software packaging
• Experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM
• Team player in a multi-cultural working environment with ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize, work independently and handle multiple projects with varying priorities. Effective at problem solving
• Availability to travel internationally, including possible temporary project assignments abroad
• Fluent in English
