UX/UI Designer, Design Systems

Overview

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to strengthen our UX & Design Team. Your daily responsibilities will span the full design process—from uncovering insights and translating them into actionable themes, to crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent products across web and mobile platforms. You will contribute to the creation of new, innovative products from the ground up while also driving meaningful improvements to the usability and design quality of established, production-grade platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and colleagues from all over the world, including product managers, other UX professionals, developers, and SQC, to ensure our products are at the forefront of usability, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Role

•    Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, adapting methods to contexts where direct end-user access may be limited (e.g., proxy interviews, support ticket data analysis, etc.)
•    Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear themes, journey maps, personas, and opportunity frameworks
•    Lead end-to-end product design (discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI) for assigned products or product areas, both web and mobile
•    Ensure consistency within a product and across related products
•    Balance ideal UX with technical constraints, product strategy, and delivery timelines
•    Present design work and rationale to stakeholders and iterate on ideas based on feedback from research and stakeholders (engineering, product, and QA)
•    Design for accessibility from the start, applying WCAG AA standards throughout the process
•    Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design intent is preserved in implementation
•    Be a user, contributor, and advocate of our corporate design system (web and mobile)

Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or UX certifications
•    3–5+ years of experience in UX and UI design, preferably with SaaS apps, both web and mobile
•    Portfolio showcasing use cases and design work
•    Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
•    Proficiency with Material Design or another design system
•    Solid understanding of accessibility and WCAG key principles (WCAG 2.2 AA)
•    Ability to work in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira and Confluence
•    Independent, curious, trustworthy, and quality-oriented
•    Team player in a multicultural working environment with the ability to work independently
•    Fluent in English; any other European language is an asset
•    Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus
•    Experience in service design is a plus
