Within the Global Information Services department (GIS), the IT Business Analyst will help improve SICPA’s business productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility by providing IT professional services of implementation, deployment and maintenance of business applications for SICPA users.  



IT Solution Expert, SAP SD & CRM





  • Manage strategic discussions with our business stakeholders and act as a solution advocate. 
  • Identify value proposition, design, and deliver scalable solutions with a key focus on enhancing our cross-departmental capabilities along with other IS applications in the entire IT domain/landscape.  
  • Advise on best practices and build a vision for a multi-channel roadmap. 
  • Identify new approaches and tailor-made solutions with 3rd party suppliers. 
  • Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and organizational standards. 
  • Work closely with project managers and other IT teams to deliver solutions on-time and within budget. 
  • Be responsible for producing high quality solution documentation, ensuring that all documentation remains consistent and up to date. 
  • Perform applications configuration, perform unit testing to ensure functional requirements coverage is in line with Business needs and expectations. 
  • Coordinate and provide support through IT servicing tools by following CMMI guidelines and ensure consistency with ITIL recommendations. 
  • Be responsible for producing high quality solution documentation, ensuring that all documentation remains consistent and up to date.  
  • Support your IT colleagues on various overlapping topics. 
  • Removes barriers to collaboration across team parties and departments
  • Fosters change management
  • Facilitates the communication across parties
  • Ensures the execution and monitors the advancement by leveraging on key indicators and dash-boards
  • Work closely with the Business Relationship Managers to push innovation, future vision and deliver value to business.  




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis . 
  • At least 10 years of strong implementation and experience: Strong understanding of SAP Order to cash-Sales and Distribution,
  • At least 5 years of strong implementation and Experience with Salesforce CRM + Marketing cloud, DSCP Cloud: Seeburger EDI TMS ProcessWeave, Microsoft office 365. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
  • Experience in managing third party service delivery. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
  • ITIL certification is an asset 
  • Professional working level in English, French is a plus.
